This Is My Story......

All through my growing up years, I was this sporty person, always up for any outdoor activity be it running, cycling, swimming or even baseball. I was the one you could count on if you were a player short for any team sport.
  
Fast forward a few years and…life happened. Post marriage, post having my angelic daughter Amy, I got caught in the daily routine of work and family as many of us do.

That’s when personal fitness took a back seat and I simply allowed the pounds to pile on.

I’d always been what you could call “okay looking”. Sure, I could get by on my outgoing personality….

.....but when I looked in the mirror, I started feeling a twinge of shame. So much so that I actually started avoiding looking at myself naked in the mirror.

I was literally hiding from my own body!

I consulted various doctors and a highly rated dietician, even joined the local gym and spent a fortune on a personal trainer all to get me back on track.

I even lost 12 pounds at my very best after a LOT of hard work….only to get it all back plus some more the INSTANT I stopped.
Seriously, it was like being a hamster in a hamster wheel…..which really isn’t too different from a treadmill, is it?

The  EUREKA  Moment......

And then a chance meeting with my old school friend Jo Ann led to my discovering the MORNING TRIGGER.
   
Now Jo had struggled with her weight right from our school days and here she was looking like a million bucks.

She told me about this simple morning ritual she was following that had literally supercharged her metabolism.

She was done with all that stubborn fat that had refused to go away earlier, her skin glowed, hair was shinier and she had way more energy than I could ever remember.
